Website terms are separate from client agreements
These terms govern your use of this website only. Services provided by Secure IT Services are governed by a separate written client service agreement or statement of work. Where the two documents differ, the signed client agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape content at scale, or misuse any material published here.
Services
Information about our services on this website is general in nature. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, warranties and support arrangements are defined in the applicable engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and design are owned by Secure IT Services unless stated otherwise. Ownership of client-commissioned deliverables, including source code and documentation, transfers to the client as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to information, systems, content and approvals reasonably required for delivery.
Payment terms
Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms are defined per engagement and are payable in accordance with the agreed contract.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

This website may link to third-party websites and reference third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their use is subject to their own terms.
Warranties and disclaimers
